Terms of Service
1. The service
AI Soul Studio Publisher (“the app”) is a private publishing tool of AI Soul Studio. It uploads the studio's own videos to the studio's own YouTube and TikTok accounts and reads statistics of those videos. It is not offered to the public.
2. Accounts and permissions
The app acts only on accounts whose owner has signed in and granted access. Access can be revoked at any time in the Google or TikTok account settings.
3. Platform terms
Use of the app is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, and, for TikTok publishing, to the TikTok Terms of Service. Content published through the app must follow the community guidelines of each platform.
4. Content
All videos published through the app are original works of AI Soul Studio. Stories are fictional. Videos made with AI tools are labeled as altered or synthetic content where the platform requires it.
5. Privacy
How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. AI Soul Studio is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
