Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AI Soul Studio Publisher (“the app”), operated by AI Soul Studio (“we”), handles information. The app is a private tool used only by the studio owner to publish the studio's own videos to the studio's own channels.
Information the app accesses
- Google / YouTube: with your consent, the app uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to your YouTube channel, set their metadata (title, description, tags, chapters, captions, thumbnail, privacy status) and read statistics of your own videos. It requests only the scopes needed for these actions.
- TikTok (optional): with your consent, the app uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish your videos to your TikTok account.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google or TikTok after you grant access.
The app does not collect information about viewers, does not use cookies or analytics, and does not access any channel other than the one you authorize.
How the information is used
Data obtained through the APIs is used only to perform the publishing and reporting actions you start. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising and not used to train models.
AI Soul Studio Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Tokens are stored only on the studio owner's own computer, in a private file outside any public folder, and are never published. Video statistics are kept in the studio's private project files.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept until access is revoked. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) or in your TikTok account settings; after revocation the stored tokens stop working and are deleted. You can also ask us to delete any stored data by writing to the contact below; we do so within 30 days.
YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
